The band

Based in Germany’s Black Forest, American-German indie outfit Seven Purple Tigers have been crafting their unique transatlantic blend of rock and pop since 2015. Founded by singer Austin Horn and guitarist Phil Dyszy in Krakow, Poland, the band writes, records and releases from the bowels of a disused, historic German Inn converted into a studio. Along with drummer Felix Schwer and bassist Sebastian Heieck, the band commands the stage with live sets on par with headlining acts, often accompanied by a slew of guest musicians. 2021 finds the Tigers hard at work in their lair at the Hotel Drei Linden, churning out singles and lying in wait to again take the stage by storm.

Interview with Austin and Phil:

“Seven Purple Tigers’ new self-titled debut album is one of the best DIY overseas debuts we have heard this year.
The LP is chock full of surprisingly varying genres and styles, covering the spectrum from indie rock, pop, soul, R&B and experimental rock in ways that are creative and interesting.”

Reviews From SPH Music Masters:

Radolfzell am Bodensee:

“They appeared professional and unattainable like many famous bands today but remained down to earth. They simply rock the stage. Whether you’re coming to party or to listen to sophisticated music, you’ll be happy in both cases.”

-Lukas Lehmann
